Entrepreneur, manager, technician?

One must have a balance between being the entrepreneur, manager and technician. Some people forget to spend time being the entrepreneur and even neglect being a manager sometimes.

Try not to just sit on a machine or computer being the technician of your business doing all the tasks of producing the product or service you offer – whether it is making something, accountancy or whatever you offer. The technician part can be delegated normally at a low cost/ salary.

Management systems and procedures can help you with the management in early days before you employ someone and later a good organisation structure is essential.

But the entrepreneur you must continue to be even if it takes 10% to 20% of your time.
