Employ staff? Director of your Limited Company? You need to operate PAYE payroll and deduct tax and National Insurance and pay this to HM Revenue & Customs every month (or 3 months by special arrangement)

• By Law you must give every employee a payslip every month
• Year-end Employers Returns – P35, P11D, etc must be submitted by 19th May after every Fiscal year ending 5th April to comply & avoid penalties
• Directors/ staff - Make use of your personal allowance by paying yourself – it is £6,035 for the year ending 5 April 2009
